Krave Electronics offers a variety of purchasing methods and shipping options, for our customers’ convenience. All orders received before 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days. Ordering methods
All new customers except for qualified commercial, academic and government accounts within the United States are required to use the Credit Card payment option to pay for the first order (see payment options below). Our online shopping system accepts all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Governmental Credit Cards). Ordering through our online system is very easy and helps you keep track of what you have ordered, and keeps you updated on your current order status in an easy way.

This is a great method to use if you have any questions about the product and/or accessories, and to make sure you order all the necessary cables and accessories needed for your application. Purchase Order (PO) All customers who have established an account with Krave Electronics also have the option to use a Purchase Order to order the necessary products. Net Credit Terms
All customers who want to establish an account with Krave Electronics also have the option to apply for credit terms. All corporations and commercial customers can apply for credit terms by completing our credit application and faxing it to Krave Electronics along with 3 credit references and a purchase order minimum of $1000.00 USD. How to get credit terms?
Preapproved customers:
All Fortune 5000 companies
Government agencies (federal, State, Local and municipalities)
Academic (Universities, higher educational institutions, School districts and local schools) are preapproved for credit terms.

Net Credit Terms:
Net 30 (Payment due 30 days after invoice date)

Wire Transfer This payment option is an efficient alternative to using a credit card. The processing fee for this option is $35 (in US dollars). The guidelines and procedures for a bank transfer are as follows:
During your online check out process, choose Bank Transfer as your payment method.
In your Order Summary page, you will notice the $35 bank transfer fee included in your order total.
Soon after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes our bank information.
Contact your bank, provide them with our bank information and request a transfer of funds to our bank. The funds must be in U.S. Dollars and equal to the total amount of your order.
Instruct your bank to make reference to your full name and order number in the transfer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Commercial customers only
Cash on Delivery can be used with both our online shopping option and when you contact us directly with an order. The online shopping cart has an option for COD when you are checking out. Be aware of the restrictions and fees that apply to COD orders.

International orders
International orders other than Canadian orders are not accepted at Krave Electronics at the moment. We are working on providing service to international customers. Please check back with us to see when we start shipping to international customers.

Canadian Orders
Krave Electronics is accepting orders from Canadian customers. These orders will be shipped via UPS Standard to Canada. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any and all duty, import tax, or other assessment imposed by United States or Canadian authorities

Krave Electronics offers standard shipping options from the most common shipping companies, including UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS). We also offer shipping on your own business shipping account if preferred. You will be presented with all the different shipping options and the cost for each option during the checkout process.

My Shipping Account
To make sure your shipment is reaching you as soon as possible please use a valid physical address. Your shipment will not be delivered if a post office box is used as a shipping address except when using USPS as the shipping carrier.
Military APO/FPO shipping
Military APO/FPO customers are welcome to shop at Krave Electronics. All customers with an APO/FPO address using our online shopping solution will have to select “Military APO/FPO” as shipping option when checking out. Also make sure you use the correct State Abbreviation (Armed Forces Europe [AE], Armed Forces Americas [AA], or Armed Forces Pacific [AP]). All APO/FPO orders will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail service.
Sales Tax info
Krave Electronics is located in the state of Ohio and is required to collect sales tax from all orders shipped to customers in Ohio. All other orders will not be charged with sales tax.
