Return Policy

Krave Electronics is focused on customer satisfaction. We will do our best to help you with any problems you are experiencing and make sure you receive the product that is right for your application.

General Terms

  • Products purchased from Krave Electronics can be returned within 25 days of delivery for a refund or a replacement (see terms for specific cases below).
  • All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Please request a RMA number online by completing our RMA request form.
  • The RMA number is valid for 15 calendar days and your return must be shipped before the 15th day after you received the RMA number (date of issuance).

Non-Defective Returns

  • Non-Defective products can be returned for a replacement or credit card refund within 25 days of delivery.
  • Non-Defective replacement: If a product is returned to be replaced with a different model and/or manufacturer, the replacement product will be treated as a new order and the returned product will be refunded according to the “General Terms” above.
  • For refunds to be issued, returns must include a valid RMA number, and arrive in its original new condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories provided at the time of sale.
  • All Non-Defective Returns will be charged with a 15% restocking fee. (You will be credited the item price minus 15%).
    Optional: Purchaser can apply the restocking fee as a discount toward your next purchase of equal or higher value, if the purchase is completed within 30 days after the RMA number was issued (Only valid if approved by Krave Electronics).
  • Purchaser shall pay all costs and bear all risks of loss when returning Products to Krave Electronics, or any of Krave Electronics’ distribution partners.
  • Special Order Products cannot be returned for credit.
  • Upon verification that the returned Product meets all requirements, Krave Electronics will issue a credit to Purchaser equal to the lesser of the Product’s invoice price or current replacement value less any applicable charges or fees.

Defective Return

  • Defective Products can be returned for replacement (same model number and manufacturer) only.
  • In most Defective Product cases you will have to consult with the manufacturer’s technical support to determine if the product has to be returned. See our manufacturer technical support page for contact information.
  • If the product is defective, Krave Electronics will ship a replacement upon receiving the defective unit. If an item is found NOT to be defective, the return will not be accepted and the Product will be return to Purchaser, at Purchaser’s expense (a handling fee will also be charged).
  • Replacement can only be given towards approved returns, with a valid RMA number, for product that arrives in its original new condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories provided at the time of sale.
  • If the unit becomes defective after the initial 25 days the manufacturer’s warranty policy applies. See the Warranty page for links to manufacturer specific warranty information.
  • Krave Electronics reserves the right to require Purchaser to return defective Products directly to the manufacturer or publisher for replacement according to its defective Products return policy. Krave Electronics shall not be obligated to repair, replace, or issue credit to Purchaser for Products rendered defective, in whole or in part, by causes external to the Products, including, but not limited to, catastrophe, power failure or transients, overvoltage on interface, environment extremes, improper use, maintenance or application of the Products or use of unauthorized parts. Purchaser shall bear all risks of loss when returning defective Products.

Damaged Return

  • Damaged Product Returns are only for Products purchased from Krave Electronics that are damaged in transit from Krave Electronics or Krave Electronics’ distribution partners to the Purchaser or from Krave Electronics or Krave Electronics’ distribution partners to the Purchaser’s customer. If the product received is damaged during shipping, please complete the RMA request form within 3 business days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
  • Purchaser or Purchaser’s customer shall refuse any Product delivered in damaged condition.
  • If the Product is received in damaged condition, Purchaser shall notify Krave Electronics and request an RMA within three (3) business days of receipt of such Product. Failure to notify Krave Electronics and request an RMA within such time shall be deemed an acceptance of the Product as of the date of shipment. Please complete our RMA request form to arrange for a replacement.
  • Please hold on to the product in its original packaging until further instructions from Krave Electronics (since product inspection by the shipper may be required).
  • A replacement will be shipped out to you upon Krave Electronics receiving the shipper’s acknowledgment of their responsibility for the damaged product.
  • No refunds are given for damaged merchandise; remedies are limited to replacement.
  • Merchandise that has been damaged or altered by recipient cannot be returned.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR RMA:

  1. Please display the RMA Number(s) on the shipping sticker (never on the carton) of the returned package. We reserve the right to refuse return without RMA number shown on outside of the package properly.
  2. Obtaining a RMA does not guarantee credit. Please read the above return policy carefully.
  3. Krave Electronics, ltd is not responsible for any damages occurred during the return shipment.
  4. Price difference: If there is a price adjustment between the date of the order and the date the RMA is issued, the lower of the two prices is applied as refund.
  5. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Any shipments sent COD will be refused. Krave Electronics is not responsible for lost packages. It is the responsibility of the customer to use a reliable shipping courier and to insure the package to receive compensation if the package is lost.
  6. Shipping charges are non refundable.
  7. Refund processing may take up to 30 days to complete.
  8. Products returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.
  9. Short shipment (missing items) must be reported within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
